Chakras or popularly called Seven chakras is an ancient Indian concept and the foundation of Indian Mystic practices. It propounds that everything is energy and the human body is not just the physical definition but an intricate composition of elements, energy & matter.

Each Chakra is considered to be an energy center and combined they drive the entire functioning of not only the physical body but also the intellect and individual’s ability to grow and excel in life, both materialistically as well as spiritually.

Each of these chakra is denoted by a specific color in sequence of spectrum or rainbow and many healing practices follow this thumb rule as a basis to heal self and others.

Following the same concept, crystal healing also uses crystals of corresponding colours to balance and heal respective chakra.
